Then try walking on a treadmill, with your eyes closed, for 5 seconds without losing your balance.

And when doing so, don't hold on to any handles.

If you can keep your balance, for 5 seconds while on the treadmill, than you indeed are special, if you cannot, than you indeed are like most others...no shame.

Red cabbage not only tastes good, but it's also full of many immune boosting nutrients, which means more people should be eating now during this Corona madness.
I just steamed some, lightly steamed, and very delicious I must say, and healthy, and eating it makes you smarter, has like brain nutrients in it.

For 24 hours, not going to eat any food I've bought in place, a 'fast' of sorts, but just towards foods already in place.

I want to find out what it is that has me feeling a bit 'off', health wise, and consumption of food, drink, is the number 1 culprit of that cause that's where the most consentration of bacteria is, and if keep eating same stuff, won't get better, is how I see it.
Could be pesticide from produce, or spoiled milk, or other stuff, but won't know until sustain from all of it for a period of time and measure effects.

Now days just no telling what manufacturers are putting into the food, could even be testing vaccines through our food source and not even telling us about it, I wouldn't put nothing past these corporations now days, and the dark forces that control them.

The wealthiest of the wealthy on this planet have so much money that money is not their aim anymore, rather using Earth's population as guinee pigs is their new aim

When you have that much money, and wealth, you, or people tend to develop a 'God complex', and feel they can toy or mess with other peoples lives on a mass scale.

Oh well, what can any of us do.

Rush Limbaugh announces he has stage 4 cancer and seems to be doing just fine, where as others have a bad cough one day, then dead and passed away the next.

Sometimes I wonder how much 'detergents' hurt our health

Sometimes I just wonder how much dish detergents and other detergents hurt our health in long term slow motion way.

I remember way back when in either the 1st or 2nd grade, our class took field trip to elderly home and were shown the kitchen area, and I remember even way back then that that place smart enough to not use detergents to clean dishes, but rather very hot 'steam'...they steam cleaned their dishes without any detergents, what did they know even way back then?

Are dish detergents good or bad for us?

What long term effects do they have on our brains and other vital organs?

Am I getting weaker?



Am I getting weaker?

I ask that cause on my job, a task I use to do easily, as in pulling 5th wheel lever, I can't seem to no longer do without 5th wheel cheater bar.
This troubles me, cause when first started job did not need a cheater bar to pull out 5th wheel lever on Semi Truck, but now I notice lately, I can't do it using on strength...

Sliding a 5th wheel and pulling lever to release it different issues, however this video will at least allow people to know what a 5th wheel is.

Anyways, seems strength in arm or back and or forearm is getting weaker, cause can no longer pull the 5th wheel lever without cheater bar, yet I'm still in shape.

I mean is 5th wheel lever just grinding more, metal on metal, or am I getting weaker as I age??

I've never had a problem pulling a 5th wheel lever before.

Lately I've been using like 'Tension bands' to work out, and even though makes you toned, maybe by using tension bands to workout instead of weights, like I use to do, maybe I've loss muscle mass or strength.

Over the next few weeks will start emphasizing back and forearm exercises while working to see if it's me or if its the 5th wheel that maybe needs lubing.

Or maybe I'm just getting older and have to accept the fact that not as strong as use to be.

(avoid sauces if you value your teeth as you age)

Man is very harmful to self, in that so much we ingest is so terribly bad for us in so many ways.

And 'sauces' are one of the things that take many to an early grave, and or while alive, a unhealthy existance.

Want to live a healthier life?...than I suggest cutting out sauces from your diet, cause they're destroying you.
